Paul Maguire

Founder and CEO, IntelliSource International

 

Paul is a seasoned executive who brings more than 30 years of senior management and operations experience to his role as CEO of IntelliSource International, a corporate strategy and brand development firm that specializes in helping companies define and dominate their unique markets. Over the past sixteen years Paul has used his proprietary strategic positioning and messaging process to help scores of CEO’s reposition their companies for IPO’s, M&A, and rapid growth.

Over a twenty year period in the software industry he participated in seven start-up companies all of which achieved their exit strategies. As a member of the executive leadership team, Paul has twice been through the IPO process and has participated in over 15 mergers and acquisitions on both the buy and sell side. He spent eight years as an Executive Vice President of Sales for publicly traded companies including Kana Communications where he was responsible for over 250 sales professionals, technical support engineers, and regional vice presidents.

Prior to founding IntelliSource International, Paul served as Chairman and CEO of Infotriever, a Toronto based software company backed by Brightspark Ventures. In addition to his role as CEO he also served as Brightspark’s Business Development Strategist for eight start-up companies in their investment portfolio.

A resident of Ashburnham, Massachusetts, he and his wife also operate the award winning Maguire House Bed & Breakfast. Paul holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Fitchburg State College and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Fitchburg State University Foundation, Chairman of the Development Committee, a Director of the Regional Economic Development Institute, and a Director of LifeAire LLC, and board observer for Glyec Systems.
